on concluding a contract for digital access to Elia Premium

This document is a public offer (Art. 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) of sole proprietor Алексеев Иван Викторович, addressed to an indefinite circle of persons. Payment for Premium in the manner set out in section 2 is full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer (cl. 3 Art. 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2. Subject, price and payment

2.1. The Seller provides the person who accepts this Offer (the «User») with digital access to Elia Premium in the Elia mini-app on VKontakte («Premium»), and the User undertakes to pay for the access.

2.2. Premium includes an extended set of techniques and materials marked as premium in the app. Premium is access to app functionality. It is not a medical service and does not replace a doctor's consultation.

2.3. Premium prices:

2.4. Payment is made via the VK Pay payment service.

2.5. A cash receipt is issued under Federal Law No. 54-FZ of 22.05.2003 «On the use of cash registers in settlements in the Russian Federation» and is sent to the User's email address or shown in the payment-service interface if an online cash register is connected.

2.6. On iOS devices and in some VKontakte clients payment may be unavailable under the rules of the relevant platform. In that case the payment function is not shown in the app.

3. Access term

3.1. Premium access is granted for the paid term: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months.

3.2. If the User pays for a new period before the current term ends, the newly paid period is added to the unused remainder.

4. No automatic renewal

4.1. Premium does not renew automatically. Money is charged only when the User independently pays for a chosen period.

4.2. When the paid term ends, Premium access stops and no further charges are made.

4.3. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds follow section 5.

5. Refunds

5.1. Refunds are made under Law of the Russian Federation No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992 «On Protection of Consumer Rights», VK Pay rules and the Refund policy published on the Seller's website.

5.2. How to file a refund request, what it must contain, review periods and the refund method are set by the Refund policy. The request is sent to the Seller's email addresses in cl. 1.5.

5.3. Access actually provided for the paid period is not restored, except where Russian consumer-protection law requires it. The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract and to a refund of the unused part of the paid period is set by the Refund policy and Russian law.

6. Final provisions

6.1. The Offer takes effect from publication at https://elia-app.ru/offer and remains in force until withdrawn or changed by the Seller.

6.2. The User agreement and the Privacy policy are an integral part of this Offer.
